WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP QUALIFICATION

I have just competed at the world championship trials in birmngham. I was very nervous about competing due to having picked up a achillies injury earlier in the year which set me back a great deal . As i was unable to train the way i wanted to in preparation for the trials. But thank god i got throught the trials with no pain. And finshed 2nd in a season best of 13.16 which i can't complain about because the weeks before i was competing and running in pain and running times i had not run in 5 years.

Now i can concentrate on getting back in to full time training and preparing for my next competiton which will be crystal palace grand prix on the 24th july.
